This Ocean Mineral Cleanser is prefect for any type of skin because it doesnt dry out your skin or make it oily but it does get rid of your extra oils and makes you face look and feel much more cleaner. Place a small bead of gel from the 5cc syringe into the upper portion of the tray, about a drop or .5cc per arch on the inner facial side of the try that will rest on the visible teeth. The duplex tray covers both the bottom and top arch at the same time. Please note to use just a drop and spread it evenly around the tray using the syringe tip for both the upper and lower portion of the tray. Next open the mini blue light accelerator battery cover and carefully remove the clear safety strip from under the batteries and put the batteries back in the same way as they came out. Living in the South (Florida) a sunshade is a must. If you want to be able to get in your car after a long day at work and not swelter, you need to have one. This one came at a great time because mine was more than wearing out.
