These shears have a serrated edge, for removing fish scales
. They also have a bottle opener, a gripper opener/nut cracker
and they are sharp! I used them on every veggie from my garden
and they worked perfectly - even on cherry tomatoes! They also cut raw
bacon, and chicken - which is a huge time saver! I also used them to cut
cardboard and then back to cutting jalapenos - and they are still sharp.
