Directions
Place a small bead of gel from the 5cc syringe into the upper portion of the tray, about a drop or .5cc per arch on the inner facial side of the try that will rest on the visible teeth. The duplex tray covers both the bottom and top arch at the same time. Please note to use just a drop and spread it evenly around the tray using the syringe tip for both the upper and lower portion of the tray. Next open the mini blue light accelerator battery cover and carefully remove the clear safety strip from under the batteries and put the batteries back in the same way as they came out. This keeps the mini light from turning on in transit. Turn on the mini light and place it against the front of the tray. Keep holding it against the tray and teeth for no more than 20 minutes. Next rinse the tray in cool water. Do this once daily for up to ten days for maximum results.
