I am in LOVE with this MASHUP workouts!
I try my best to go to the gym every day but sometimes being
a new mom that just doesn't always work out so i am
so glad to review MASHUP! I get a
full body workout in 15 minutes!
There is so many different workout to choice from. From low
impact yogo to intense rolling on the floor kick but workout..
Im pretty sure everyone has 15 minutes for a workout and i love this!
It targets all my roblem areas that i want to fix!
