Great addition to the first aid box in the car. It's one of those things that you hope you never have to use.

 I keep it in the car in the event of an emergency. The instructions show that it's very easy to operate. You use the Velcro, and then you use the built in rod to twist and tighten. After the tourniquet is in place, you should write down the time of application. The strap is long enough to fit most legs and arms.
