I have started hitting the gym hard and it has been a while since i ever worked out.

So to have this little massager is amazing to have and use!

It is a mircle in a small package. You can get a deep tissue massage or a light massage which ever you wish. You control the pressure and a little goes a very long way!

These rollers are great!These are a good size in the hand and on the body and allow you to massage a long time without straining your hands or fingers.

You don't have to be a massage therapist to use it.
