This dual USB charger from IMFair solved my problem and also allows 

my husband I to charge our phones at the same time. It is portable and durable with two ports. 

One is for fast charging and one is for normal charging.

It fits into my cigarette lighter outlet in the car, snugly and securely. 

No movement and the entire front panel illuminates blue so you know it's on.
